Patricia Lustig is Managing Director of LASA Development UK Ltd. Specialist in Change Design, Leadership Development and Organisational Effectiveness,she has over 30 years of experience in the corporate, not-for-profit and public sectors from Board Level to the factory floor.
She has worked in Europe, Asia and the US, and is a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Management College and part of the OD faculty at CIPD. Her latest book, Here Be Dragons: navigating in uncertain territory will be published in October 2011.
