This is a book for senior managers helping them on their
reinvention journey of
organisational change. The first part is a story (The Columbus
Project) about a fictional organisation (FutureParts) faced with uncertainty and
change and how it reinvented itself, the second part is a handbook
on the tools used by FutureParts. This allows readers to either go straight
to the 'how to' section, or to start with the section on
what it could look and feel like in an organisation.
