This is a book for senior managers helping them on the journey of
organisational change. Starting with a parable (The Columbus
Project) about a fictional organisation faced with uncertainty and
change and how it renewed itself, the second part is a handbook
on the tools used. This allows readers to either go straight
to the 'how to' section, or to start with the section on
what it could look like.
