About LASA - Who We Are
LASA Development is a different kind of service organisation, what we call a networked company. LASA makes its income from utilising synergies with other organisations either in partnership or as joint ventures. In doing this, we can help our joint clients to improve their Business Effectiveness (and bottom line performance) in a way that neither organisation could do on its own.
We create these synergies based upon the solid experience of our principals in the areas of Leadership, Coaching, Creativity and Organisational Change.
LASA is an international consulting organisation. It was established in Belgium in 1990 and now has offices in the United Kingdom and Nepal.
The LASA team has particular experience in working in multi-cultural, multi-lingual environments.
Our Values
We approach all of our work with an 'appreciative eye' which builds on your strengths, what already works well in your organisation, shifting the emphasis away from failure and towards success.
We believe in honesty; if we don't think we can help a client, or if we don't think we are right for a client, we will say so. We will always do our best to find someone who can.
We believe in respect for all. This means anywhere we work, from our pro-bono work with illiterate peasant farmers in Nepal and Bangladesh, to Boardrooms in Europe. Click here for more information about out pro-bono work in the UK and abroad.
We are pragmatic, first and foremost. If it isn't broken, there is no need to fix it. If there isn't a business case, why do it.
Importantly, we will 'teach you how to fish' - transferring our knowledge to you, to make you independent, no longer in need of outside consultancy services.
We measure our success by how successful YOU are.
